Tech Lead Software Engineer - Ads Growth, Customer Engagement
We are TikTok Monetization Ad Growth Team, dedicated to creating an exceptional advertising experience and intelligent growth marketing strategies for global advertising clients. Here, you will engage with challenging technical domains such as large-scale user systems, diverse advertising fields (ad creation, material optimization, delivery strategy, attribution, measurement, etc.), AI-driven personalized recommendations and growth strategies, and massive client profiling powered by LLM and big data. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join us in leveraging technology to help global small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertisers effectively connect with customers, achieve business success, and drive the rapid growth of TikTok's advertising business!
Responsibilities
1. Lead the iteration of overseas mobile advertising products for hundreds of millions of users, optimize ad creation/payment experiences, and build cross-platform advertising solutions.
2. Drive architectural upgrades for the AdGrowth platform, developing core systems such as recommendation engines and incentive mechanisms.
3. Develop intelligent user profiling systems integrating LLM technology and big data processing capabilities.
4. Create AI-powered omnichannel personalized marketing solutions (covering WhatsApp/email/ad placements and other multi-touchpoint scenarios).
5. Collaborate deeply with product, operations, sales, data, advertising platforms, and architecture teams to continuously enhance product growth effectiveness.
6. Design and optimize high-concurrency server-side architectures to support systems serving hundreds of millions of users, ensuring 99.99%+ SLA for core services through robust stability engineering.
