Software Engineer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions for the Service Product Defined Organisation (PDO). Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to build, test, deploy, and support tailored solutions that enhance productivity and user satisfaction.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.聽
  • Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce development projects.
  • Experience working in global environments and understanding the complexities involved.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Salesforce Automotive cloud.
