Responsibilities
Design highly performant and scalable technical architecture, based on product roadmap and priorities, and implement frameworks, libraries, or automated processes/guarding mechanisms.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to analyze product and user data, and propose product iteration ideas, incorporating the latest development tools and technologies, based on data insights and business objectives.
Lead software engineers through product implementation, driving adoption in-team and cross-team, to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, and consistency.
Implement and troubleshoot features and optimize performance to ensure a fast and seamless user experience.
Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders on pivotal growth initiatives.
