Product Quality Engineer, Pixel Ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in product quality development with mobile or consumer electronics manufacturing with audio, wireless, display consumer electronics industry.
- 2 years of experience in managing projects.
- Experience in preventing quality loss in the early stage of manufacturing, implementing quality escalation process and on-going product improvement with agreement manufacturing partners.
- Experience in working with embedded systems, digital reasoning board process engineering, and wireless subsystem testing.
- Experience in leading cross-functional problem solving teams using practical approaches (e.g., Quality Metrics, Design of Experiments or Statistical Process Control/Six Sigma).
- Ability to implement quality metrics, capture Measuring System Analysis by Minitab or JMP, increase yields and implement cost-effective methods.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently to support the local clients in the region.

- Lead product quality related activities between the internal teams and the contract manufacturers/suppliers.
- Manage quality risks and communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Evaluate problems and break down into steps that drive product development and improvement in a changing environment.
- Evaluate the product designs and create the quality processes, tools and procedures to help improve the customer experience by improving product quality at manufacturing site.
- Work with product management, product design, system engineering, product operations and supply chain teams to ensure the product represents the very best of Google brand.
