Manufacturing Engineering Director
You will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes with minimal input from the senior director. This role entails managing a multidisciplinary group of engineers and working with key contract manufacturing partners to optimize manufacturing and testing workflows.

- Manage engineering team to drive all manufacturing technical issues related to process, electrical and test.
- Ability to work independently, directing and setting priorities for manufacturing partner to solve complex design, manufacturing and test challenges, relentlessly drive cost reduction and yield improvement.
- Early partner with NPI team to identify design, process, tools that are new, unique, or difficult and resolve manufacturing challenges by following best DFx practices and principles.
- Work closely with manufacturing partner to develop new or improved assembly fixture and automation system to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Drive clear and accurate communications and recommendations to peers and senior management by distilling complex technical challenges, outlining options, and providing supporting data.
- Perform electrical technical analyses, recommend, prepare and execute designs-of-experiments, and characterize process and design interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing / material / mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment /repair
- OR Master's Degree in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in a manufacturing environment /repair
- OR 12+ years equivalent experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in a manufacturing environment/repair
- OR Master's Degree in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- OR Doctorate in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment /repair
- OR 14+ years equivalent experience.
- Patent or track record of engineering excellency.
- 8+ years people management experience.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) and manufacturing operations experience.
- Experience in the Automation System Development, high accuracy system will be plus.
