Data and Automation Developer, Workforce Solutions

The Mission Control Workforce Solutions team is responsible for designing and delivering strategic, integrated headcount planning solutions that support business processes. We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Automation Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven automation solutions that improve business processes and drive efficiency.Data and Automation Developer, Workforce Solutions Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven automation solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Python, PHP, and SQL
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Analyze data and present insights to convince stakeholders on process changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of data assets to support automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions
• Regularly learn about new automation tools and technologies and evaluate their applicability to current business challenges and opportunities
• Lead small-scale projects or components of larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis and programming
• Proficiency in SQL and data schema design
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, PHP, or JavaScript
• Experience identifying opportunities to apply technical solutions to solve stakeholder pain points
• Experience communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working independently and leading project teams
• Experience learning new technologies and tools independently and quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing re-usable business process automation libraries
• Experience applying existing LLMs to business problems

$124,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
